Marching Band 2009

I just wanted to say how proud I am of my Emily. This is her second year as a member of the BYU Cougar Marching Band, and I enjoy attending football games just so I can see her perform. She loves being part of the group and has made many friends along the way. Thanks, Emily, for all your hard work and enthusiasm. Rah-rah, rah-rah-rah, gooooooo Cougars!

I am proud of her too, because didn't she also do marching band in high school? So despite rain or snow or unbearable heat, Emily has been out there defying the weather and bringing enjoyment to what would otherwise be a completely boring and senseless game! Go marching band!

Yay, Emily!

Emily rocks--Andrew and I both only stuck out marching band for one year (him at BYU, me in HS) because, among other things, the rain, snow, and heat my mom mentioned.

Go Emily! Ra, ra, ra, ra, ra!

J and I went to the competition last Tuesday. The BYU Band did a great job. Marching bands are the best part of football games. :)
